• Anthony Kyrkou makes a club record highest individual score of 302no v Edinburgh in 4th XI Merrell Shield.

• 1st XI compiles highest ever team score at Hays Paddock, 6/380 v East Ivanhoe Saints.

2016/17

• Deeners field first Winter cricket team.

• Deeners field 7 junior teams, and first ever Girls Team.

• 2nd XI win McCarthy Shield LOC 1 back-to-back. Deepdene Uniting 2/127 def Eagles CC 9/125. Believed to be the first time that the 1st and 2nd XIs have won the flag in the same year.
